Horse Day Camp, June 17

It’s a barn day! Your favorite fuzzy friends are waiting for you. Riding and grooming aren’t all it takes to love a horse. We also need to feed them properly, treat them nicely, and respect their personal space. Immerse yourself in the world of horses while you learn more about the fundamentals of horse care, make a horse-themed craft, and roast a s’more at the barn with your new friends. Lunch is also included in this fun day at the barn. Don’t forget your long pants and closed-toed shoes.

Highlights of this session:

• Go on a pony ride in the arena.
• Learn about grooming a horse.
• Paint a horse.
• Make a horse-themed craft.

Equestrian Campers: Closed-toed shoes and jeans are required for riding! Make sure to pack extra socks, too.

(Grade level for registration is the grade your Girl Scout will be entering in Fall 2025)
