Sisterhood Social

Celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our Girl Scouts at the open-house style reception at the Blank Park Zoo! This event follows the Gold Award Celebration and is open to all Girl Scout members, their families, and supporters.  

The Sisterhood Social is a joyful opportunity to honor and recognize the achievements of our Girl Scouts this year, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award Girl Scouts, as well as our graduating seniors. Tickets for this event include admission to the zoo for the entire day, so attendees can enjoy all the exhibits while celebrating together. 

Guests can mingle, enjoy light refreshments, explore the Wall of Honor, capture memories at the photo booth, and participate in other fun activities. The reception is open-house style, so attendees are welcome to come and go as they wish while taking in all the excitement and exhibits at Blank Park Zoo. 

It’s a perfect way to celebrate Girl Scouts, their accomplishments, and the community that supports them! 

Registration will open by April 1.

Zoo Membership: If you already have membership to the Blank Park Zoo and receive free admission, you do not need to register for the Sisterhood Social. We’d still like to have an accurate count of how many guests plan to attend, so we ask you to email us at info@gsiowa.org with your name and the number of people planning to attend that have current zoo memberships.
