SUMMARY:A Bug's Life Day Camp\, July 16
DESCRIPTION:Hey\, nature explorers! Join us as we venture into the wilderness on an exciting bug hunt. Decorate your very own bug jar so you can keep the fun going at home and capture one of the coolest nighttime creatures—fireflies! We’ll explore our native prairie in search of caterpillars\, grasshoppers\, and other bugs that live among the wildflowers\, and we’ll also keep an eye out for animal tracks! It’s a day full of adventure\, including a refreshing swim in the lake and boating on the sparkling waters. \nHighlights of this session:\n– Decorate a bug jar.\n– Go on a bug hunt.\n– Go swimming. \nThis session can be part of a week-long (four day) day camp experience or a stand-alone event. Register here (link) for all four days at the same time to receive a special discount! \nRegistration deadline is 7/2/2026 \n(Grade level for registration is the grade your Girl Scout will be entering in Fall 2026)
