Meditative Artmaking: Saturday, November 2nd 1:00-3:00PM

Meditative artmaking is a practice that focuses on the process of creating art as a form of mindfulness, helping you center your thoughts and find calmness through artistic expression. Unlike traditional artmaking, the emphasis is less on the outcome and more on the experience of drawing itself. Join Madeline Maser for a short meditation and then without thinking, begin drawing with no plan which will then build and transform into an abstract piece of artwork. 16+

Kindermusik: Tuesday November 5th 10:00-10:45AM

Kindermusik is a German phrase that translates to “children’s music”. The program aims to help children learn and grow through music-making during the years when their brains are most critical for development. Children will explore music through instruments, movement, singing, and play. 3-6 years
