DESCRIPTION:Fizz\, Bang\, Boom!\, July 27-Aug 1 \nFizz is the name of the game as we launch Alka-Seltzer rockets and tweak them to reach new heights! Then\, we’ll trigger a mega volcano eruption\, race balloon-powered cars\, and test your skills by dropping an egg from the team wall without breaking it. We’ll stir up some wild chemical reactions with elephant toothpaste\, Mentos\, and soda experiments\, and on our final night\, we’ll try some baking soda and vinegar balloon explosions and a sparkling spinning demonstration. Along with these mad scientist activities\, campers will enjoy other classic camp fun like swimming in the pool\, hiking\, arts & crafts and s’mores over the campfire. It’s going to be a blast! \nIn addition to camp classics\, you will: \n\nMake Alka-Seltzer rockets\, a fizzing volcano\, and race balloon powered cars.\nCompete in an egg drop\, make elephant toothpaste\, and experiment with Mentos and soda.\nWatch a spinning sparkler demonstration.\n\n(Grade level for registration is the grade your Girl Scout will be entering in Fall 2025)
