Hands-On Cooking Class with Real Food 4 Kids (VIRTUAL)

Participants do all of the work in these classes: measuring, mixing, chopping, whisking, kneading, using the stove, and using the oven, to name a few! We will incorporate some science, math, and even art along the way. And, we’ll have a whole lot of fun!!
Meals will be ready in an hour and can be eaten for your dinner at the end of class. All classes will be recorded and can be watched at a later time. EACH REGISTRATION IS GOOD FOR ONE HOUSEHOLD!
An ingredient list, equipment list, and instructions will be sent out one week in advance of each class. We strive to use common ingredients and basic equipment. There will be a focus on learning techniques and learning about ingredients. We will cover how to safely use knives and kitchen equipment.
We expect participants to log on to class at the assigned time with ingredients and equipment ready. We will measure everything during the class. Participants are welcome to ask questions while we work. We would love for you to share photos of your creations at the end of class!
