Looking for a way to bring exciting, hands-on Girl Scout programs straight to your troop? Girl Scouts on the Go makes it easy! You pick the program and location, and we handle everything else! From providing a skilled facilitator to bringing all the supplies and traveling to your location, it’s a hassle-free way to give your Girl Scouts meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.
All programs are designed for K–12 Girl Scouts and are adapted to fit the age group of your Girl Scouts.
How it works

- Work with GSGI staff to select a date that works for both your troop and our facilitators.
- We bring all materials, facilitators, and expertise to you.
Pricing
- Programs start at $150 for up to 15 participants.
- Additional participants are $10 each.

Design Studio
Unleash your creativity in the Girl Scout Design Studio! Girl Scouts will explore techniques to create their own custom patch and matching tote bag, including using infusible ink to make their designs vibrant and permanent. Girl Scouts will embrace their creativity and show off their unique designs!
Grade Levels Available: Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, Ambassador
Badge Connection: Art & Design Badge (badge not included)
Space Requirements: Indoor space with tables and chairs, plus access to electricity.

Mad Science
Dive into the exciting world of science with Mad Science! Girl Scouts will explore the scientific method by practicing observation, forming hypotheses, and conducting hands-on experiments. This program sparks curiosity and builds critical thinking skills through fun, hands-on STEM exploration.
Grade Levels Available: Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, Ambassador
Badge Connection: STEM Career Exploration Badge (badge not included)
Space Requirements: Indoor space with tables and chairs, plus access to running water.
What is Girl Scout on the Go programming?
Our on-demand programming brings exciting, hands-on Girl Scout experiences directly to your troop or service unit. A GSGI facilitator will travel to your location, bringing all the supplies and equipment needed to run the program of your choice.

How much does it cost?
The cost starts at $150 for up to 15 participants, and $10 per additional Girl Scouts.
How many Girl Scouts are required for a program?
We do not have a minimum requirement. We can accommodate up to 40 Girl Scouts.
Can the program be customized for different age levels?
Yes! Each program is tailored to be age-appropriate, ensuring all Girl Scouts, from Daisies to Ambassadors, have a meaningful experience.
Where can the program be held?
Programs can be held at your regular troop meeting space or another location of your choosing. We’ll bring all the necessary equipment and supplies to your location.
Please note, programs may not be held in residential homes.
What days and times are available?
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your troop’s needs. Simply indicate your preferred weekday and time when you fill out the interest form, and we will work with you to set up a convenient time.
How do we book a program?
Start by filling out the Girl Scouts on the Go reservation request form. We will contact you to finalize details and schedule your program.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling may depend on availability.
Responsibilities of the Troop or Service Unit Volunteers:
- Venue: Troop leaders are responsible for securing a suitable meeting space for the program.
- Provide Volunteers: Adult volunteers are required to provide supervision and to assist with program delivery.
- Logistics: Volunteers should ensure that the meeting space is ready and assist with setup as needed.
- Snacks & Breaks: If snacks or refreshments are planned, volunteers are responsible for providing them.
