A Bug’s Life Day Camp, July 16

Hey, nature explorers! Join us as we venture into the wilderness on an exciting bug hunt. Decorate your very own bug jar so you can keep the fun going at home and capture one of the coolest nighttime creatures—fireflies! We’ll explore our native prairie in search of caterpillars, grasshoppers, and other bugs that live among the wildflowers, and we’ll also keep an eye out for animal tracks! It’s a day full of adventure, including a refreshing swim in the lake and boating on the sparkling waters.

Highlights of this session:
– Decorate a bug jar.
– Go on a bug hunt.
– Go swimming.
